Terms & Conditions

1. The symposium starts with registration from 9.00-11.00noon on Wednesday 25th October and closes at 6.00pm Friday 27th October, although some delegates may wish to stay on.
2. Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is within the delegate fee.
3. Evening meals are additional to the delegate fee.
4. Accommodation is available but is additional to the delegate fee. The accommodation is located within the historical grounds of the Dartington Hall Estate and bedrooms have en-suite, private or shared bathroom facilities allocated on arrival.
5. In event of written cancellation by the delegate before 16 October 2006 a 50% refund of the delegate fee will be made. We regret that no refund can be made after this date. However, a substitute delegate may attend.
6. We will make every effort to deliver the programme described, however we reserve the right to alter the programme where necessary and without notice.

It is important to note that the symposium is an Open Space event, which primarily comprises facilitated discussion informed by presentations, film, a performance programme and exhibition.
